This project is run by Proctor Construction. One of the few undeveloped lots near ocean front in downtown Vero was taken for this custom home. A modern sea-side mansion with the largest generator on the block, high-end custom finishes including specialty recessed lighting controlled by an automation system, EV charging stations, and beautiful landscape lighting. This project is still ongoing and we anticpate wrap-up in 2024.
